RULES
1. No member of AABA or Licensed Guides of NYS or any other state may enter (entrant may fish with guide but must hook and catch his own fish).
2. Must have ticket in hand when entering a fish.
3. All tickets must be purchased prior to 6AM the day of fishing & must have NY fishing license (over 16) to enter.
4. Fish must be checked in before 7PM, day fish is caught (results posted at Kiosk, located at Altmar bridge).
5. Entrant may re-enter a larger fish (one prize per person).
6. In the event of a tie, first fish entered (by time) wins.
7. Winning fish will be held until a larger fish is certified by the weigh master. Winning fish are the property of the AABA derby until decisions are final.
8. ALL FISH WILL BE FULLY EXAMINED FOR DISQUALIFICATIONS! NO TAMPERING WITH FISH ONCE IT IS CAUGHT!!!
9. Fish must be legally taken by entrant and winners must agree to take a polygraph test at end of derby if requested.
10. All hooks, other than your own, MUST BE REMOVED!!!
ALL DECISIONS MADE BY THE AABA ARE FINAL. ANY DEVIATION FROM THE SET FORTH RULES WILL RESULT IN A DISQUALIFICATION AND RESULT IN A BAN ON ENTERING ANY FURTHER DERBY’S HOSTED BY THE AABA.

By signing this form, I hereby hold harmless and release the Altmar/Albion Business Association, Inc. and or its agents from any liability and or damage that I may incur during the derby. I have read the rules of the 1st Annual AABA, Inc. Salmon Derby and I agree to abide by them. I agree that failure to pass a polygraph test to the satisfaction of the AABA,Inc. will result in disqualification and forfeit my entree fee. I hereby affirm under penalty of perjury that the information provided on this form is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand false statements are punishable as a Class A Misdemeanor pursuant of Section 210.45 of the New York Penal Law.
